Our KS1 classes had a great virtual author lesson recently with Tom Palmer and Carolina Rabei. They spoke about their book ‘War Dog’ which looks at a true story of a dog called Judy that helped soldiers in the war. The children then made drawings of Judy the dog in challenge time!
Our sports ambassadors had their first meeting recently. They had a chat through their roles and responsibilities and what they think would improve play and lunch times to make children more active. They came up with some great ideas so watch this space!!

The Year 2s had a great interactive maths lesson in the hall this week. The children were looking at subtraction where the numbers cross a ten boundary eg. 12-4=
